Meet Our Fitness Instructors

Our Instructors will get the very best out of you, whether you join one of our fitness classes or get a one on one Personal Training session with them. They will sit down with you and work on a plan that best suits your needs. Both Cian and Sean have a wealth of experience combined and together they have helped many already reach their goals and beyond. They will give you a personalised and tailor-made program that focuses on your own unique goals and are always happy to help and answers all your fitness questions.

  • Cian graduated from the University of Limerick in 2021 with a First-Class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences. Cian has worked as a strength and conditioning, and field coach with Offaly GAA as well as numerous GAA and soccer clubs around Limerick, and locally.

    Cian has worked with a diverse selection of clients whether it be athletes or the general population, with a variety of goals, jobs, and life circumstances. These include clients wanting to lose fat, build strength, build confidence, and improve athletic performance, while working on areas surrounding sleep and nutrition.

    Now heading into a masters in physiotherapy in UCD, Cian hopes to use his physio knowledge to complement his coaching, aiming to implement methods of injury prevention, help overcome pain and injury, and to continue to hit body composition and strength goals all the while.

  • Sean received his bachelors degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Athlone Institute of Technology during the start of the pandemic in 2020.

    He has worked with us in Birr Leisure Centre for over a year now.

    Sean has experience in strength and conditioning coaching with Senior hurling team Liam Mellows in Galway along with powerlifting and strongman coaching.

    Working with some of the best strength coaches in the country, Sean has a diverse array of knowledge and works with variety of clients with diverse goals. Whether its weight loss, strength training, or simply building confidence to go to the gym by themselves, Sean has helped all kinds of people achieve their goals.

    Sean did his final year thesis in college on biomechanics and has an eye for technique on all movements in the gym to help people improve themselves.
